Livonia Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections relevant to Livonia, Michigan. It does not host government records and is not connected to any office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it or linked information to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person
- Find someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit fraud or identity theft
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions about credit, employment, tenant screening, or insurance
- Scrape, copy, or republish the content at scale
- Disrupt site operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting Agency

7. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless the site operators from claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from misuse of the service or a breach of these terms.

We may restrict or block access for a user who violates these terms or abuses the service, without notice and in our discretion.
11. Michigan Law
Michigan law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Public-records questions about government custodians are subject to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231 et seq., and the record-specific exemptions and access laws that apply.
12. Severability
If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective.
